Who are we?

BTB Surveyors is made up of an expert team of RICS surveyors, with years of experience across both domestic and commercial property surveys and valuations. Whilst headquartered in Derbyshire, our surveyors are situated all over the country, meaning that our services are available wherever you are. All of our surveyors are highly trained, professional and importantly, RICS qualified.

The Process

Your RICS report and valuation will go through a rigorous quality control process before it is signed off and sent back to you — all within an industry-leading five to seven day turnaround. Upon enquiry, you will be directed to a member of our team who will advise on which survey is best suited to your property. We then arrange the survey on your behalf, and you will receive email notifications at every stage of the process. Our team of experts are always on hand to answer any questions you have.
